COMPLIANCE PROGRAM ROADMAP
Code of Conduct Company assisted 3Step IT in creating a compliance program development project. Part of the project was a current state map about 3StepIT’s compliance practices and their means of control combined with benchmarking with the best practices available. The analysis was conducted by going through the documentation, workshops and interviewing key personnel at different levels of the organization. The end result of the project was a Compliance Roadmap, which demonstrates all of the management proposals from the past 3 years.
