The project helped us recognize key controls for business units and processes – sales, procurements, HR, and finances. The right controls were found by organizing workshops for key personnel and involving them in describing and documenting the recognised controls in addition to evaluating the need for additional controls. The end result of the project was a control catalogue which acts as a crucial tool in implementing and testing the controls.”
